	1. Who can be nominated? - Filipino citizens (or with Filipino parentage) between the ages 18-40 years old. Nominee must not have reached the age of 41 by December 31, 2010. Nominee must be engaged in his field of endeavor for a substantial part of his life. Nominee must be engaged in contributing to the cause of humanity for a substantial part of his life.
	2. What is the TOYM? - The Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines is a search organized by the Junior Chamber International – Philippines (JCIP) which seeks to recognize young men and women whose selfless dedication to their profession or vocation has resulted in significant contributions to the welfare of their countrymen and our country at large as well as to the advancement of their respective fields of endeavor.
	3. Who can nominate? - Any individual, public or private entity or organization may nominate a candidate.
	4. What is the process for nominaton? - Simply fill out the Official Nomination Form. The form can be downloaded at www.jciphil.com, www.toym.org or can be requested at lhen_toym@yahoo.com. The requirements are indicated in the Nomination Form. You may request for sample scrapbooks from JCIP.
	5. How is the selection process done? - A nominee submits the scrapbook to JCIP on or before the given deadline (September 15). The Search Committee makes sure that the technical aspect of the scrapbook is complied with. Background checks are made. A screening committee made up of past TOYM Awardees goes through each nominee’s scrapbook and comes up with a short list of possible awardees. A distinguished panel of judges then convene to select the cream of the crop of the nominees who will be conferred the prestigious TOYM award.
